How a digital print works
What exactly do I get?
Five JPG files of the same design, one per size: A5, A4, A3, A2 and A1, all at 300 dpi. The A1 is 7016 × 9933 pixels, enough to print it at 59.4 × 84.1 cm without losing sharpness.
When can I download it?
As soon as you pay. You will see the download links on the order confirmation and we also email them to you, in case you switch devices.
Where do I print it?
At any print shop or online printer. For the best result ask for matte or satin paper of 200 gsm or more and the size that matches the file, without "fit to page".
Does it arrive framed or printed?
No: it is a digital product and nothing physical is shipped. A sizes are standard, so you will find a frame in any home decor shop.
Can I request a player or an album that is not there?
Yes. Write to [email protected] with the name and we will tell you if we can make it and when it would be ready.
Can I return it?
Because it is a download it cannot be returned, but if a file arrives damaged or will not open we will replace it or refund you.
